2nd Annual First Nations Community Science Celebration
ECOSIP Indutries Inc. participated in the 2nd annual First Nations Community Science Celebration (CSC) at the Chemainus First Nation Community Centre in Ladysmith, April 25th, 2009. This event focused on local science, innovation, initiatives and/or science educational opportunities.

ECOSIP Industries Inc offered a coloring contest that was very well recieved. The winner was a Hayden Quast(4 years old). Thank you to everyone who colored a picture they were all great!

ECOSIP Industries Inc. for the real science part built a supersize cooler out of our SIP panels and put in two blocks of ice. Then everyone was asked to guess how long it would take for the ice blocks to melt. The ice blocks were put in the super cooler on Saturday morning at 10:15am. When the event was over at 4pm the ice was still pretty solid. ECOSIP Industries has taken the Super cooler back to their shop and they will keep you posted as to how long it willtake for the ice to melt!
