One of the key ingredients for success with sips and other prefab building system is planning and organization. Ideally the SIP building process starts with designing the building that best suits your building site and attributes (ie exposure and views). You can hire an independent designer or work directly with one of our in-house designers to create the house design you want.

If you already have a plan call the factory and we can advise you on how your design can be converted to a SIP panel structure. When you have found your builder (we can recommend a builder) and are ready to build, we will convert your home plans and manufacture your home in a SIP panel system. The panels will all be numbered, simple to understand and delivered to your building site, where they can be fully erected within just a few days, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of levels in the house.
